Project/Event Worker

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Operations, as an essential employee, the Project/Event Worker will be assigned to one of the three departments within Operations (Grounds, Custodial, and Maintenance) as needed. Once assigned, the Project/Event Worker will commonly provide routine grounds maintenance, custodial, and maintenance functions and any other duties assigned.

Maintenance Technician II HVAC

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Operations, as an essential employee, the Maintenance Technician II HVAC reports directly to the Lead Maintenance Technician. The position is responsible for maintaining and repairing all types of commercial and residential HVAC-R equipment, monitoring automated control systems, changing filters and belts, cleaning drains, working with high and low-voltage wiring, working with control wiring, troubleshooting any HVAC-R equipment, working to establish a preventative maintenance schedule/system for all HVAC-R equipment.

Part-Time Public Safety Officer

The Public Safety Officer is an essential employee who reports directly to the Director of Public Safety and will be responsible for all security activities involving campus patrol, requests for service, opening/closing of facilities, responding to emergency calls, parking requests, and monitoring, and all other duties as assigned.

The Part-time Public Safety Officer will work Friday – Monday, Day Shift. This is an unarmed security position.
