Executive Director of Residential Life

The Executive Director of Residential Life (ED) is integral to the Salem Academy and College Residential Life and Student Affairs teams. The ED is responsible for both entities’ leadership and development of the residential life program. This role is vital to the emotional life and academic support of students and oversees one residence hall for Academy students and five for College students, with an overall capacity of 300+ beds.

Residential Life Hall Coordinator

Live in an all-female high school residential dorm setting and be responsible for the care, supervision, and well-being of residential students.

Dean of Students

Responsible for providing leadership for the student experience and well-being, in ways which match the Academy’s missions and core values.

Director of Athletics

Responsible for leading the athletic department in meeting the enrollment, competition, academic, and well-being goals associated with athletics.

Athletic Trainer

Responsible for the prevention of athletic injuries; the maintenance of the health and well-being; and the recuperation and rehabilitation following illness, injury, or surgery of all players under contract to Salem Academy & College.
