The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) provides HR support to faculty, staff, and student workers.
The Major Gifts Officer at Salem Academy & College (“Salem”) will manage a substantial prospect portfolio of individual donors whose gifts and grants will directly impact the development of Salem’s distinctive mission and programs. Responsibilities will include researching and identifying prospects, engaging these prospects through phone calls, remote meetings, face to face meetings, invitations to campus, and introductions to faculty, students and administrators. As a member of the Institutional Advancement Office, the Major Gifts Officer will work in conjunction with team members to further the direction, planning, implementation, and evaluation of philanthropy-related activities.
As Director for Salem Academy & College’s library services and resources, this position provides direction and supervision that ensures the library’s mission and goals align with the institution’s mission and strategic initiatives. This position provides leadership in library development in the areas of user services and resources, instruction, outreach, cooperative initiatives, and budget management. As a member of the college faculty this position also participates in faculty governance and committee(s) membership.
The Public Safety Officer is an essential employee who reports directly to the Director of Public Safety and will be responsible for all security activities involving campus patrol, requests for service, opening/closing of facilities, responding to emergency calls, parking requests, and monitoring, and all other duties as assigned.
This is a 2nd shift (4pm-midnight) position
