Junéja, Peck, Juran, Moulton And Zifchak Join Salem Academy And College

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (NOVEMBER 9, 2022)—Salem Academy and College has added five team members to its faculty and staff, including Tika Junéja as director of data management and Emily Peck as donor services officer. In addition, Jeanette Juran has been hired as a new STEM teacher for the Academy, Taylor Moulton C’20 has been named an admissions counselor for the Academy and Heather Morgan Zifchak C’93 has been named director for alumnae engagement for the College.

 

Junéja has more than 20 years of database and software development experience. Her career has included working as a consultant for government agencies, higher education and non-profit organizations. Junéja also worked for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus as a contortionist.

 

The summer before starting at Salem, Peck graduated from UNC Greensboro with a degree in accounting and finance. Her previous experience consists of working as a student accounting assistant at the university’s health center as well as an office assistant at Harris Teeter.

 

Juran graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and astronomy in 2014 and a double-major in German Studies. After college, she served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania, where she taught high school physics and math. Since returning to the United State in 2017, Juran has taught high school science in public school and served in a children’s ministry.

 

Moulton is a 2020 graduate of Salem College and is working toward a master’s degree from Florida State University, where she worked as director of operations for the volleyball team. During her time at Salem College, Moulton was a four-year student athlete and an active member of Gamma Kappa Delta.

 

Zifchak C’93 graduated from Salem College with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She has previously worked outside and inside sales for more than 30 years. Most recently, Zifchak and her mother owned a local fabric and sewing store. Her daughter attends Salem Academy.
